Coursework that focuses on young students with special needs such as learning disabilities, social/emotional disorders, and autism in combined with coursework in technology, literacy and teaching strategies and methods for the instruction of students.

The program provides professional educators with a broad-based knowledge of leadership in the field of education, whether for an administrative position or for a classroom teacher serving in a leadership capacity, such as a department chair, committee head, or community leader.
The Certificate Program in Community Engagement is an interdisciplinary program designed to increase students’ ability to create positive change in their community and to address serious community issues through the development and implementation of short- and long-term impactful civic projects. The Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program leading to an Associate in Science degree is a dual enrolled degree program between Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences (RHSHS) and Â鶹¹ÙÍø. In addition to the Associate in Science degree, graduates will receive a Certificate in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from RHSHS. Graduates of the DMS Program are eligible to take the national credentialing exams through the American Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) upon completion.

Â鶹¹ÙÍø's Associate of Science in Healthcare Science degree teaches students how to advocate for individuals and communities that are underserved or underinformed on issues related to health and wellness, health-system policies and health management. The program is an excellent opportunity for students at all levels, including transfers with associate degrees as occupational therapy assistants, physical therapy assistants, medical imaging professionals, dental hygienists or respiratory therapists.
The Medical Imaging (MI) Program leading to an Associate in Science degree is a cooperative degree program between The Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences (RH-SHS) and Â鶹¹ÙÍø. Admissions for the program is through the Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences. In addition to the Associate in Science degree, graduates will receive a Certificate in Radiologic Technology from RH-SHS.
Students in the Healthcare Science Surgical Technology Track will receive a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Science from Â鶹¹ÙÍø and a Certificate in Surgery Technology that allows professional licensure from the Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences. Upon completion of the program, graduates are eligible to sit for the Surgical Technologist National Certification Exam from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting.
